The routing instructions are made available to on the Transaction Status & History page in the Client Portal. After login, from the menu select Transfer & Pay > Transaction History. You may contact your bank on assistance with initiating a USD wire using these instructions.
The routing details we have provided is accurate. It is critical that you provide your bank with accurate information to ensure your deposit is not rejected or converted into another currency. As error handling is subject to bank discretion, we are unable to assume responsibility for improperly applied instructions.
Further, regarding depositing funds in HUF, you are able to see a currency drop-down on the "Make a Deposit' page in the Client Portal; if you wish to deposit HUF, you are required to select HUF from the currency drop-down. Once you create a deposit notification for HUF, the following page will display the routing instructions for HUF deposits. It is not a compulsion to deposit funds USD since the base currency for your IBKR account is USD; you may consider depositing funds in HUF (or other supported currencies). The funds received in HUF will remain as HUF balances in your IBKR account. You may also convert currencies via our trading platforms.
For reference, if you are unable to see HUF in the currency drop-down, it is one of the supported currencies for IB-IE and should be added to the currency drop-down list soon.
