The bill is set to pass the Senate later in the day.The Dow increased 5.43% at 1:10 pm ET, as Boeing surged 30.55% at 12:55 pm ET following news it is part of the Congress deal. The Nasdaq traded 1.68% up at 1:12 pm ET, with United Airlines leading the gains as the stock jumped 15.71% at 1:13 pm ET. The S&P 500 gained 3.56% at 1:13 pm ET.The euro was 0.51% higher against the dollar, going for 1.08426 at 1:14 pm ET.
