It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) that PLUS500 LTD., an international business company registered in Belize, is offering Trading Platform, enabling trades in securities, forex markets, CFD’s and commodities without a licence from the IFSC, as required by section 7 of the International Financial Services Commission Act, Chapter 272 of the Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2000-2003, as amended by Act No. 8 of 2007. This is an offence under the laws of Belize.
PLUS500 LTD. is therefore directed to cease and desist from carrying on the said activities until it has applied for and obtained a licence from the IFSC.

This is an offence under the laws of Belize.
