On November 18, 2009 Cogenco issued 1730000 shares of common stock to eight individual investors (including our President Mr. Brenman, the other member of our Board of Directors, the principals of GCM Ltd, the chairman of GEI Plc and certain other parties) pursuant to a private placement transaction. Cogenco received net proceeds of $17300 from this transaction.
