JR Laboratories Inc. Receive AQSIQ Approval and Business License in China
JR Laboratories Inc. (JRL) is extremely pleased to announce that AQSIQ – General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C. has approved the Joint Venture Partnership between JRL and Beijing Xinghongke Inspection and Quarantine Sci-Tech Service Center (BIQ) to operate as a laboratory in China. Under the scope of services as listed, the joint venture company is authorized to be a service provider for food, electronic, textile, and toys in the areas of safety, quality inspection and testing for the market of import and export certification. The date of approval by AQSIQ was effective on April 19, 2007. Subsequently the business license was issued by Beijing Commerce and Industry Bureau on June 8, 2007 and the business license is valid for three years with renewal option. The joint venture business in China is expected to be operational by October 2007.
