After 5-straight days of heavy selling, what’s in store for the nat gas markets this week? The weather data for the coming 15-days remains solidly bearish. Although, LNG held at records over 10 Bcf/day, while production in the Gulf of Mexico is expected to decline, which should make the supply/demand balance tighter week over week. Finally, market expectations for this week’s EIA storage report are for a draw of -10 Bcf to build of +5 Bcf, smaller than the 5-year average of +33 Bcf. If close this will improve deficits from +201 Bcf to near +170 Bcf. However, after the current warm pattern is accounted for, surpluses will increase back towards +250 Bcf.
Varom a reggelt kivancsian
